Unfair Credit Agreements

Ratio Money can now check that your actual Credit Agreements comply with the Consumer Credit Acts of 1974 and 2006.

WHY? If your Credit Agreement is unfair and therefore unenforceable, our Solicitors can act on your behalf to have the outstanding debt 100% written off.

Ratio Money can "Audit" all Credit Agreements between £1,000 and £25,000 including:

Secured Loans Unsecured Loans
Hire Purchase Consolidation Loans
Car Loans/Finance Credit Cards and Store Cards

Approximately 50 million Credit Agreements are created in the UK each year and we believe well over 25 million of those could be unenforceable.

You keep 100% of any final settlement plus interest. You will also get to keep any goods or services already purchased.

If you have any concern over a potential claim you can call us for a free consultation with no commitment on 0800 848 88 10 or 'click' Make A Claim Now.

Is your Credit Agreement Unenforceable?

Does your "Credit Agreement" comply with the Consumer Credit Act?

Do you feel your Credit Card or Loan Company are treating you unfairly?

Are your payments never ending and is the APR% interest always increasing?

You may not know the answer to the above and that is why our Solicitors "Audit" your agreement(s) to provide you with the answer.

It doesn't matter if you think you may have lost or mis-placed the "Credit Agreement" because we will request original copies from your lender or credit card provider on your behalf.

How can Ratio Money do this?

The Consumer Credit Act of 1974 was brought about to protect UK Consumers, however the terms that allowed the consumer protection were not clear and therefore for decades the Credit Industry was allowed free reign with little resistance or challenge from Consumers.

However these unclear terms of protection have now been changed as a result of the Consumer Credit Act of 2006 which makes clear to all parties that Consumers can challenge a Credit Agreement if they believe it to be Unfair.

Ratio Money in partnership with Solicitors can check, audit or review your agreements and confirm if they are fair or unenforceable.

If you believe you may have taken up an "Unfair Credit Agreement" we will handle the whole process for you including if needed taking your Creditor all the way to Court.

We combine our knowledge and experience in finance with our Solicitor's expert legal advice to 'audit' your credit agreement(s).

We check that your agreement complies with the prescribed terms defined in the Consumer Credit Act of 1974. This Consumer Credit Act 1974 exists to protect the rights of lenders and borrowers who are in contract with each other. Millions of credit agreements, ranging from credit cards to loans are in breach of the Act and can be deemed 'unenforceable'.

Where a borrower's agreement is declared 'unenforceable' they would not be required to make any future repayments.
