how it works

1. Simply fill in the online application form.

2. We will then send you a simple questionnaire in relation to your complaint and a letter of authority allowing Ratio Money Ltd/Legal Panel(Solicitors) to deal with your Insurance Provider in relation to your complaint and claim for compensation.

3. You will need to provide us with copies of your policies (if you do not have original documents see below).

4. If you do not have your original documents, we shall also require a cheque made payable to your Insurance Provider for the amount of £10 (which is the maximum amount your Insurance Provider can charge you for supplying us with all of your original documentation).

5. Once we have received your letter of authority, one of our claims advisors will contact you to discuss your concerns in more detail. We will then progress your complaint to your Insurance Provider and update you every way and claim your compensation/refund.

6. You keep 100% of any settlement as we do not charge for Life Insurance Claims (we are paid by Solicitors).

8. Claims over £5,000 (including interest) are dealt with in conjuction with leading solicitors, if your claim is over £5K we will also send you an agreement with a member of our legal panel(Solicitors).
